How Can nocturnal Emission be Treated?
Hi doc, just wondering sometimes when i am wanking, i will get this like creamy whit stuff coming out of my penis, not sure what it is, i don t have any rashes, discomfort, pain or itchiness, never had sex, i have 2 showers a day at least, mildly clean it once a day or so. not sure what to think

It can be physiological discharge of semen or night fall but if happening so frequently needs evaluation for any possibility of local inflammation or sexually transmitted infection. I would suggest to take a urologist review as well as to get analysis of the discharge with a swab for microscopy and cultures sensitivity tests.
